I am a general psychiatrist with a wide range of experience in adult psychiatry, gathered from working in various centers throughout the nation. I also have experience in Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) in adults and children and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

I have a special interest in psychotherapy including Mindfulness Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I do incorporate these elements in my day to day work with patients.

My approach is one of holistic, patient centred and compassionate care, helping my patients achieve their full potential in life.
